Fitbit Step Counter Frozen

I have reset my clockface twice charged my fitbit to 100 and restarted by holding the button for 8 seconds while it was charging.

Clip the other end of the charging cable to the port on the back of the tracker. Still my screen is frozen showing only calories burned. I just got the fitbit chrage 2 hr for my birthday 4 days ago and i absolutely love it. When you see a smile icon and the tracker vibrates the tracker restarted. However my step count if frozen at 13 063 steps and will not count anymore steps or miles calories stairs etc.
