I am a fully certified master automotive technician by ase automotive service excellence and scored 100 on the electrical electronic systems certification test. The course is for engineers and apprentices who are new to basic electrical testing and fault finding. There is a generally recognised method of approaching fault finding. During the course you will gain knowledge and skills that will enable you to carry out more cost effective fault finding and diagnosis.
